During the training, it first covered the planning of production strategies, including the analysis of production processes, the classification of production types, the distribution of capacity planning, and the design of production lines. Secondly, the training explained the production layout planning, focusing on the logistics design of main products, the planning of block layout, the improvement of KPI, and the refined planning methods. The project covers an area of 26 mu, with a construction area of 24,771 square meters and a total investment of 120 million yuan.
